Were you able to access the Sound Panel before? I think that a Windows Update basically changed the driver you were using before if that’s the case I suggest you download the old driver back from the official product page of Creative SBS 560.
I’ve tried 1000 different solutions but the only time I can get sound from my discrete Sub is in the setup test. Asus X570 Tuf, Realtek onboard sound. Windows 10 version 20H2. I can’t use my Sound Blaster Z because in a nutshell most SB products have issues on the 500 series boards.
Maybe the program doesn’t support it, what headset and program are you working with?
