Unfortunately, your Windows is now exposed to Ransomware. We can’t really help you in this situation. You will have to format all your data and do a clean Windows install. I am really sorry.

Thanks a lot, being an administrator being blocked by the administrator was driving me crazy. The first solution worked fine, the printer (my own printer) prints.
