I think you might have missed a HUGE issue. You say to right click on START. I cannot. Nothing on my desktop works. The start button does NOTHING. I can however go on the interent. Any suggestions? Thank you emensly! Dean (In Oregon)
Did you try it from an elevated Command prompt? and what did you get when you executed the previous command
i tried to use method 1 but the cmd show “the system cannot find the file 'dir.”
