It should be connect through micro usb not jack

It’s possible that there are some enhancements applied to your Microphone and they aren’t working properly. Follow these steps:-

  1. Press the “Windows + R” keys together to open Run.
  2. Type “control” and press enter.
  3. Navigate to the “Hardware and Sound” section and press on the option named “Sound”.
  4. Once you are there Head over to the “Communication” Tab and select the option “Do Nothing”.
  5. Now head over to the “Microphone” tab and double click on the Microphone you are using.
  6. Now go to the Enhancements tab and make sure the “Disable all enhancements” option is checked.
  7. Now head over to the Advanced tab and untick any “Exclusive options” available.

Now restart your computer and you should be good to go. If those fixes don’t fix the problem for you I suggest you install Realtek drivers for your Headsets from this link: Oops!

It is also possible that the audio format for your Microphone is incorrect causing it to stop working after some time. Try lowering the Audio Format from “Advanced” settings in microphone.

Keep me updated!

While playing games sometimes microphone stops working and nobody(discord and players in game) can hear me

The most obvious issue (if you don’t take the time to look at the drawing connection on the box like me) is that the headphone jack is only to share the audio to another headphone, but I used it to connect it to the USB dongle adding the micro-usb adapter to jack so I had two micro usb ends.

Don’t do that, the shortest cable is only an adapter that is useful for ps4 controllers and laptops with only one jack that works for audio and mic simultaneously. For PC with two jack entries, just don’t use the shortest cable (the adapter) and make sure you’re connecting your headphone with the micro-usb → chat/game donge-> USB to PC. Oh, and the led display on your mic means it’s muted and not the other way around.

I had this issue before turned out my microphone was turned off through the physical button I had on my headphones check if that’s the case with you if not then it definitely seems like a hardware issue to me.

So i had this headset for about a couple of years by now and I was in a zoom meeting and my mic was fully functioning until the end when my mic suddenly stopped working and my teacher couldn’t hear me. So after class I recorded myself using my mic to see if there was an audio coming through and all i heard was buzzing. I think it might be broken but I don’t know. i tried all of these fixes and none of them worked.

I encounter the same problem and tried playing around and manage to found the issue. Apparently, your headset should directly connect to the mini usb thing not via the 3.5mm jack(there’s 1 extension thing included in the box, YOU DO NOT NEED THIS). So the complete setup would be, I hope this comment helps…
