I cried for joy when it worked!!! Now, start the ‘Bluetooth Support’ and ‘Bluetooth Handsfree’ services.
After that, press Winkey + I to open Settings, then heard my device connect. I love you so much!

It worked! Thank you! For almost 2 years my bluetooth didn’t work and I tried everything to solve it… Only you method did it!

TWO DAYS!!! This is how much it took me to restart my BT Mouse that went missing in the system.
Two days of browsing the web and being an inch from rebooting the system the hard way.
…and then I found this article that shows how to properly restart the service and add the local service.
