You are just using ‘system information’ to check your system type; whether it is 64 bits or 32. Use that information to follow the solution accordingly.
Okay…I did this and I got a reply this system cannot find the path specified my system information does not list anything with WOW in it. Help me please.
Late reply, but for you or anyone else reading this, you need to run the command prompt as an administrator.
