If you’re not having any success using chkdsk in windows to attempt to repair the corrupt SD card, there might be a necessity to assign it a drive letter first.

You can use these instructions from Microsoft to assign a letter to the drive in order to attempt to repair a corrupt card at this Microsoft page regarding changing a drive letter.;

If you want to just try formatting it again if it won’t come out of either being invisible or saying it’s RAW, you might try using the SD Formatter from the SD Association. You can find their website at;
