Try this:
“Open device manager and Uninstall High Definition Audio Controller.
2. Shut down (not restart).
3. Unplug the power cable.
4. Press and hold down the power button for 60 seconds.
5. Plugin and turn on the laptop.”
If that doesn’t work try this:
“boot
options, advanced. Uncheck the PCI Lock box if it’s checked and restart. Three devices
started working again. Intel wirelss card, SD Card and a Realtek audio device, Win 10 with AMD processor.”

Solution that finally worked for me (don’t skip any steps):

  1. Open device manager and Uninstall High Definition Audio Controller.

  3. Unplug the power cable.
  4. Press and hold down the power button for 60 seconds.

Had the problem for days, updating drivers, uninstalling and
reinstalling for days. Finally found the problem in msconfig, boot
options, advanced. Uncheck the PCI Lock box if it’s checked and restart. Three devices
started working again. Intel wirelss card, SD Card and a Realtek audio device, Win 10 with AMD processor.

I did all of the above but the sound still doesnt work :confused:
