Hey, i was doing the first solution but i was not able to change the name of the file machine.config.default to only machibe.config. It said that i needed permission to change this file. And i was ultimately not able to change it. Is there something i can do?

Thank you Kevin.Replacing corrupt files was the only solution in case of parsing errors.Sometimes I think that any kind of programs includes stupid errors by default to make us loose hours or days.
I am able to solve this problem occurring after up gradation from Win7 Pro to Winn10Pro, which failed giving an unknown reason. As a result the Lenovo solution centre stopped responding. I followed exactly the procedure as outlined in this article, but changing from Framework to Framework64 in the RUN dialog box as the error in my laptop is referring to that.
