I’ve tried all of em except the third one (because that cant be clicked). Im so frustrated, what should i do?

i did everything on this list it still says the same thing

nothing worked for me it wont let me go on discord
its says The device or resource (discord.com) is not set up to accept connections on port “The World Wide Web service (HTTP)”
