Check for “Routing and Remote Access”

That is quite rare, make sure you are using an Administrator Account and if that doesn’t work. Create a new administrative account on the computer and try again.

Should be listed as “TERMSRV/(IP Address of the computer)” in the “Windows Credentials” tab under “Generic Credentials”.

A simpler way to do that:

  2. Click on the “Manage Windows Credentials” option.
  3. Under the “Generic Credentials” heading click on the “TERMSRV” option along with the IP address of the entry that you want to delete
  4. click on the “Remove” option and follow the on-screen instructions to remove it.
