I’m using Windows XP Home Edition SP1 ISO file, I don’t know what old VirtualBox version I am looking for. Maybe bootable USB version of Windows XP?

Which ISO file are you downloading? and from where?

Thanks Kevin, Its been 2 days of trying to work out a resolution to this issue. Mine happen when I upgraded to Oracle VM Virtual Box Manager v 6.1 and powered off the VM. Your steps helped resolve this, after 2 days of me searching and trying.

It means that the ISO you are trying to use doesn’t have any OS I suggest you download a fresh copy of the OS that you are trying to run and then try again.
