Why don’t you just Uninstall the Xbox Game Bar and re-install it when required?

Here is the powershell command for uninstalling it:-

Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.XboxGamingOverlay | Remove-AppxPackage

whenever i try to reinstall it it gives an error

I copied all the files into Packages - Copy just in case
