I am getting this same error and I have downloaded from the Hiren website. Was a solution ever determined for this?

Which programs? Try reinstalling them.

Have you tried booting from a disc? The USB may be faulty.

i was able to use poweriso to extract Hiren to my usb but when I insert it on my PC. Bios floppy 1st then HardDisk 2nd. its not reading the usb. its just showing that error 0xc000009 again. please help. please email me at jannok3@gmail.com

Thanks for the guidance. I’m having a little problem. When I choose HDAT2 4.53 (Test/Repair of Bad Sectors), it shows as follows:

HDAT2
Load error: no DPMI - Get cgdpmi*b.zip

I googled it but could not find the solution so here I am to trouble you. Please help

Yo my laptop did exactly the same thing this morning froze whyle I
was on you tube I had to turn of by the power button and now I recieve
the same code
