NVM, turned it my workplace forgot to enable access for me. Got it fixed now. Thank you so much for replaying :slight_smile:

Okay, do you administer Group Policy? or does someone else do that? if so, tell them to see if there is a restriction on the Remote Desktop Users Group on the workstation

I have been trying for 2 days now and i have done all the above steps, but it still would not work for me :frowning: i restarted my labtop and redo it …still doesnt work…
