I tried the method with diskpart, but it didn’t work. Then I managed to try the BIOS option for Secure Boot and tried to boot from a DVD. It works!

got to BIOS
-Set USB FDD as my primary boot drive / save& Exit
-unplugged and plugged the USB drive

If that doesn’t work, disable all your hard drives instead of the one on which you are installing the windows.
disabling all other hard drives except for your SSD from BIOS.

Just type ‘clean’ and ‘active’. No need to type ‘disk 0 clean’

I actually had the same problem with my lenvo G5030, while i was booting from my usb 3.0, i was not able to create a new partition and install windows. When i entered the boot sequence my connected usb was in the list two times. Once with EFI at the start and one as Hdd. On default it was booting as efi. I manually selected the Hdd one and it worked. Hope it helps someone.
