Reboot your PC. At the login screen, hold shift key, whilst holding shift choose restart, then go to troubleshooting and reset the PC. Make sure all the important data is backed up and saved before you do the reset.

Hi Kevin, I am seeing this same error code 0x8000ffff when I try to access the store app with a Microsoft Lumia 650 Windows Phone with Windows 10 Mobile, do have any suggestions to solve this problem?
