Download the “Dell Touchpad Driver” Install the driver and check to see if the issue persists.

And download the automatic driver updater from Dell, this should update your touchpad’s driver and that should fix the issue you are facing.

I have Dell Laptop. The front part of the touch pad is stuck leaving a gap under it. The cursor movement is fine but I cannot use click right and click left functions.

This seems like a physical issue, there is something stuck under the touchpad. If you can open it then you can remove it. However, I don’t recommend doing that if you don’t have any experience. Take your laptop to a professional, they can fix this issue.
