Hi Kevin, I followed all steps you have described, but it’s always fail. I also use another time Fix Microsoft Windows Update Issues (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/gp/windows-update-issues/en-hk) after using your procedure but I received the same error for it.

That are tails rows from WindowsUpdate.log => 2015-10-17 23:52:24:120 364 1264 AU #############2015-10-17 23:52:24:120 364 - Pastebin.com

but it seems don’t write any rows again, when it’s searching any update. I was just purging Windows Update Directory (C:WindowsSoftwareDistributionDownload).

We need to see the windows update logs. File contains the text only.

When I run the Windows Update Diagnostic, it says that he can’t repair the error 0x80070057 ( 2015-10-15- T - 09_31_27 )

I followed all the steps but my Windows Update continues to fail. When it starts to search for an update it never finish searching and searching.
