Can you boot into normal mode and then see if you’re able to uninstall?
Hi Kevin, I tried your solution with uninstalling ATI driver as in Omar’s case. But it automatically reinstalled it even after turning off windows update. With a series of continuous restarts, I had to reset the system to initial windows 10. Now there’s a permanent display problem - there are 3 pairs of vertical lines across the desktop screen. only safe mode opens up with very limited options available. Your suggestions at this point?
exactly,my laptop become very slow and THE error appears
does not install it automatically
do u mean without install it again?only on intel right?
Now please download and run this; and tell me if that fixes it?
http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/desktop?os=Windows+10+-+64
its working fine on intel HD crad, whenever i install amd driver it crashes.
Can you go to Control Panel and Uninstall all ATI related programs; and the Display Adapter. Then reboot the PC so it can pick the default generic driver. Once done, see if the error comes up? You should not be getting the same graphics as you were but to diagnose this, we need to do this. Once done, let me know so i can provide the next steps to bring the original driver back.
