If it still reverts, create a new user account with administrative privileges and check if it fixes the issue.

I should NOT have to keep messing about with File Attributes every time, I add a new file or folder, and resetting them to NOT be “Read Only”! It’s really hacking me off, that this is affecting every files/folder I now save, since the most recent May 2019 Windows 10 update! Not only this, but I keep having to “give permission” despite me being the Administrator, and the only person using my computer, with no other accounts named/listed on it. I really am sick-to-death of computer companies like Microsoft and Apple thinking that they know better than me, about how I want to do things on my computer!
